Step 1 is initiated by completing the Enquiry Form found at the bottom of this page. This creates the essential audit trail for your assignment. This establishes the documented record of your dates, location, and specific pet and property requirements.
We will schedule a 15-minute consultation. Note: For professional security, my outgoing number will appear as 'Private'; please ensure your device is configured to accept the call at our agreed time.
For all new clients, I conduct an in-person or virtual walkthrough of the property to familiarise myself with your home’s unique systems and your pets' personalities.
Once we both confirm the fit is perfect, we will finalise the Home Stewardship Agreement to secure your dates on my calendar.
