How to Make a Booking

Before you get started: Check Your Alignment

Prior to making contact, please ensure your assignment strictly aligns with core requirements and availability:

Step 1: The Initial Enquiry

Step 1 is initiated by completing the Enquiry Form found at the bottom of this page. This creates the essential audit trail for your assignment. This establishes the documented record of your dates, location, and specific pet and property requirements.

Step 2: The Discovery Call

We will schedule a 15-minute consultation. Note: For professional security, my outgoing number will appear as 'Private'; please ensure your device is configured to accept the call at our agreed time.

Step 3: The "Meet & Greet" Protocol

For all new clients, I conduct an in-person or virtual walkthrough of the property to familiarise myself with your home’s unique systems and your pets' personalities.

Step 4: Formalised Agreement

Once we both confirm the fit is perfect, we will finalise the Home Stewardship Agreement to secure your dates on my calendar.

Check my availability calendar below. If your dates are clear, proceed to the Initial Enquiry form. Please Note: Dates are only officially secured on my calendar once the Step 4 Stewardship Agreement is executed by both parties.
